Questions & Answers

No. Fitness is built through training, not required before it. Every member starts with an assessment so we can meet you exactly where you are.

Start with a complimentary assessment. Our coaches will walk you through the space, understand your goals, and help you choose the right class or program to begin with.

You'll meet your coach, get familiar with the space, and complete a short assessment covering your goals, training history, and movement patterns. No pressure — just a starting point.

That's exactly what the assessment is for. We'll scale every movement to your current level and build from there.

Yes. We encourage new members to explore RUSH, Strength Club, and Recovery to find what fits best.

Yes. Every RUSH class is coached and scalable, so beginners and experienced athletes train side by side at their own level.

Expect a structured, coach-led session that blends strength, conditioning, and skill work. Each class has a clear purpose.

Every movement and load can be scaled to your level. RUSH meets you where you are and builds from there.

Most members train RUSH 2–4 times per week, balanced with recovery and rest days.

No experience is needed. Our team will guide you through sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy protocols.

Bring swimwear or athletic attire, a towel, water bottle, and dry clothes for after your session.

Recommended times vary by session, but generally 10–20 minutes in the sauna and 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge. Our team will guide your first session.

No, you can choose either based on your preference and goals, though many members find contrast therapy — alternating between the two — most effective.

Recovery sessions support muscle recovery, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help regulate stress and sleep.
